I have a 4bd/2bth house and renting 2 rooms (of the 4) male preferred. Each room is furnished and ready to go! You will share the bathroom with whoever rents the other room. Must be able to help me with the yard - mow (not big), snow, leaves and general help from time to time. Full use of house (kitchen, laundry, driveway parking, bbq, etc.).

Currently I live alone so no roomies yet. I’m female 59 and very laid back (420 friendly) no drama please. I have one older cat (not too friendly) and a 1 year old kitten so if you have a pet I’ll need to meet before moving in. Must be responsible and respectful. 750$ first and last 250$ deposit
