Looking for a housemate that is clean, respectful, and preferably not big on daily visitors. There are 2 br/2ba and you will have a private bathroom.

You will be renting a room in a shared home. Please be respectful by monitoring your noise levels and maintaining a tidy living environment that is welcoming to us both.

You are welcome to view the space, by appointment. The deposit, as well as, first month’s rent are due 3 days prior to move-in. No exceptions.

Additional fee for couples. No pets.

If you are interested in renting both rooms, the rent will be $1150. Rent includes electricity. Well water on property.
