Hello! This 2-bedroom apartment rental is located about 2 miles from CSUB in an amazing new apartment complex called The Reserves. Enjoy all of the amenities offered: indoor gym facility, large swimming pool, hot tub, sweet cabanas to lounge on, gas fire pit with seating and an outdoor barbecue area. I am the only person living in the apartment so you’ll only have one roommate. I have a friendly dog and a kitty, both of whom are sweet and quiet. Unfortunately, we cannot have any additional pets in the apartment. Your room is currently furnished with two twin beds, a dresser, a chair, a bookshelf and a large closet. However, if you do not want the room furnishings, I can move some of them or all of them into storage. Totally up to you! You also have your own large bathroom and plenty of cabinet space! Shared kitchen and common areas. Monthly rent includes ALL utilities including WiFi, cable, Netflix, water, garbage gas and electric. The apartment has a full view of the pool and outdoor area (best view on the property!) and a corner outdoor patio with outdoor furniture. I am easy-going and social but I also appreciate some quiet times. I’m respectful of other people’s needs, for instance, if you need quiet time to rest or study, I have no problem keeping it down and hanging out in my own bedroom. I’m female and sometimes stay the night at my partner’s house 1-2 nights a week so you will have some privacy during the week, as well. I prefer a roommate who has no overnight guests - or at least until we get to know each other a bit.
