You would have your own bathroom. The apartment living room and kitchen are fully furnished, but your room would not be. The property has awesome amenities, two pools, a large gym, sand volleyball, and a game room.

I am the only roommate you would have. I moved here for school and I graduated from UNCW, and now I’m just enjoying Wilmington. I’m 24, love to be outdoors, love the beach, grabbing a drink downtown, or just spending time with friends. I’m looking for a responsible roommate that would be more like a friend. I have had serval roommates I’ve got along great with in the past.
