Hi, Currently renting large room with own bathroom, lots of storage. Furnished & carpet cleaned recently. Located in North Richland, minutes away from walking/cycling trail on river. Quiet neighborhood and good friendship with neighbors. move in date flexible* pool opens in may/june

I currently live here, but i am working on downsizing and relocating for work. I will be renting out 2 or three other rooms as well. If you are interested, please be open to the idea of shared housing and clean common areas.
