23rd Street

We live in the Whittier neighborhood of Boulder. Our house is a 10 minute walk to Pearl Street Mall. It is a 25 minute walk to campus and a 3-6 minute drive to campus with a bus stop nearby. We are also walking distance to local grocery and convenience stores. Our neighborhood is peaceful and pretty quiet with mostly students for neighbors. In terms of the house, it is fully furnished in the common space but not in the bedroom available. The bedroom itself has a decently sized closet. The bedroom (as well as most of the house) is carpeted. The house comes with an AC unit and heat. The best part of the house is its updated kitchen with a dishwasher in good condition and stainless steel fridge. There is also an outdoor patio. Parking is street parking (no permit required) and it is usually pretty easy to find an available spot.

Rent is $1100 not including utilities which are approximately $140 a month as well as trash utility which is about $40 quarterly. Starting August 2023, our rent is being raised so that each of us will have to pay $50 more per month; $1150 a month total. We will also be asking that you pay the quarter of the security deposit that our old tenant paid for when they moved in as well as last month’s rent for July. The security deposit amount is $1,437.50 and last month’s rent $1100. All these amounts will be going to the old tenant who is moving out since they paid these amounts when they moved in.

Hi! We are looking for a fourth roommate to cover our lease starting as soon as possible as one of our tenants is finding a new place to live. Our names are Lindsey, Lorelei and Norah. We are all sophomores at CU Boulder; ages 19-20. We would love a roommate who is friendly, positive and easy-going. We like to have friends over and host parties but we keep this to a minimum during school days/study hours. We are pretty clean people in our common space and bathroom which you would be sharing with one other person. We are looking for someone to take over until at least until August 2023 but ideally till August 2024 unless we all decide to renew for another year.
