The Apartment property is Smoke Free. You have a Pool, Gym, Business center, walking distance to a few restaurants. You will get your own unfurnished room. Brand new carpet in bedroom with 2 closets. You will have your own Bathroom.
The rent which includes trash will be 1350.00 with a 300.00 deposit. Looking for 1st and last month’s rent. Water and Electrical will be Split down the middle Internet is 30.00 a month NO PETS Allowed

Currently it’s just me. It’s a brand new unit that has brand new carpet. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. 4th floor if you don’t like the stairs there is an elevator.
You will also have access to the pool, outside grilling, Gym, Business Center. The property is gated. This is a SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. You will have to go onto my lease. I have a 10 month lease.

As for me I work Monday - Friday and sometimes on the weekend. I stay to myself. Enjoy the gym, loves to travel, mingle, dance, Beach, Music. Free spirited, down to earth, drama free.
