Renting out one large bedroom (17ft depth x 11ft wide x 8ft height) with a large closet with a shared bathroom. The place will be shared with one other person (me) The room is unfurnished. The uilities bill & internet bill are included in the rent. Parking is first come first serve. The community has a pool that can be used in the summer. The apartment has an in-unit washer, dryer, & dishwasher. The entire apartment is carpeted. I have a free-roam house rabbit he’s super friendly. So no other pets are allowed, unless it is small and kept in your own room.
