My name is Lorena and I have a furnished private single occupancy room currently available.

This room is for females only with a shared bathroom with 2 other girls.

The rental period is on a month to month basis and the cost of $850 per month includes all utilities and high speed wi-fi. The security deposit is $850.

The room rental allows full access to the living/dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, porch and patio.

Street parking is easily available in front of the house.

The house is conveniently located in West Sacramento 2 blocks from the freeway entrance and 5 minutes to Downtown/Midtown by car. There is on-demand van service available anywhere in West Sacramento through the VIA app.

Also, this is a smoke/vape, drug, and alcohol free property.

Overnight guests are not allowed out of consideration to the different sleeping, working, studying, and lifestyle schedules of the roommates.

This living situation is ideally suited for an individual who seeks to live in a clean sanctuary free from stress and noise. A person who values living co-operatively with the utmost consideration and respect for each other.
