Private room with a shared patio. This is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath two story townhome. The room has its own bathroom ensuite and a spacious closet. Shared kitchen and living room. Available March 1st. We are urgently looking for a new roommate! The lease is month to month. Rent is $750 plus utilities that we split evenly four ways. Depending on the season, utilities can range from an extra $70-$120. Must have credit to apply.

You will have three roommates, myself included and we will share the patio! Olivia is working on her master’s degree and works full time. She also has a German shepherd. He stays in her room and she is very tidy. I am a Sociology major at CSUF, this is my final semester. I love to cook, workout, read and write. I also lead a book club that I would love to host in our home occasionally. I am interested in astrology, personal development, and community building. Ideally our home would be a safe, comfortable, respectful, and supportive space!
