This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath is located in Gunbarrel, about a 15 minute drive to Boulder or Longmont. There is a parking lot right next to the building. Outside is a dog park and grills, as well as bikes free for your use! There is a nice gym in a nearby building for tenant use as well. Our unit has a washer & dryer, half bathroom, and a spacious livingroom/kitchen surrounded by windows, with a large balcony attached. Your room will include a large walk-in closet, attached bathroom with bathtub, and 3 windows.

Becca will be your roommate! She’s a friendly 21 y/o bartender who moved here from Texas. Your other roommate will be her sweet kitty Kiko! Becca enjoys tattoos, cooking, painting, the outdoors, and many things! She would like a roommate she could hang out with every now and then, but it’s not required.
