Two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the NW. Nice neighborhood and nice clean living space. Lease is 15 months and is up in the Spring of 2024. Will also have to help pay electric, gas and wifi.

I’m 26. Just moved to Abq about a year ago. Just went through a breakup and am looking for a chill roommate/ friend to help split the cost. I’m very clean and try to take care of the stuff I own. I work from home so I’ll be home most of the day. I’m a homebody, but also love to go out and adventure in nature every now and then. I play guitar/ sing so you may hear that from time to time as well. I don’t smoke or drink but don’t care if you do as long as you don’t smoke inside.
