Hey I finally just finalized my new apartment so I’ll need a subletter. One bedroom in New Paltz, NY. Rent is 705 per month, unfortunately, landlord requires security from the subletter as well. The term is from Feb 1st to June 1st. One room is available on a three-room floor. Possibly a second room is available as well. The utilities are not that bad and it’s pretty close to everything.
About the roomies
Essentially I’m trying to rent out my room as I move away and so did one other housemate, you would pretty much be the only one there, if not you’d have one additional roommate.
