You will have access to the house shared spaces as kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, outdoor entertainment area, backyard etc. The house is located walking distance from Cottonwood hiking Trail and close to the neighborhood pool. Very green and peaceful area. The house is about 1.5 miles from downtown Spartanburg area.
