About the room
The 4 unit apartment building is in Little Cambodia. This is a two bedroom; one bath unit that has a kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, and a private laundry room. There a small single car garage with room for one car to park inside and one to park outside, if need be. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM.
The apartment shares a backyard with four other units and is on the bottom level.
*fair warning: the upstairs neighbor can be occasionally rowdy.
The unfurnished bedroom receives plenty of sunshine from the south facing windows and is 100 sq ft, has a ceiling fan and includes a small closet that has built in shelving. (Paint will be touched up before move-in.)
Looking for a roomie with chill vibes and good energy! Background check and proof of income are required. This will be a month-to-month rental. Utilities included in rent.
About the roomies
I am a quiet roommate with two older terriers. I’m a homebody and work from home most days. I’m respectful of privacy and am hoping to find someone who is mindful of cleaning up after themselves and doesn’t mind dogs.
