Ilham's room

Very quiet and safe neighborhood, walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Walgreens. The room is fully furnished, brand new full size bed and mattress. We have a French poodle, very sweet unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate another pet in our house.

Future roomie must be a tenant who prefers a clean living space. Since the kitchen is shared, cleanliness is required. Seeking a single full-time working roommate (must work 40+ hours). No couples. Must be quiet, respectful, nor noisy. No smoking inside the house. No guest overnight however we can compromise. I don’t have any other roomies except my daughter. Available for travel nurses.
