The room is fully furnished (Queen size bed, chest drawer & matching nightstand, TV and a bookshelf) there is a closet in the room, and you will have a large private bathroom for yourself. Washer and dryer included in unit. The common/shared areas include the living room, kitchen area, dining room and balcony. Please note that everything is beautifully furnished! The property is a luxury apartment complex with a gate code access, valet trash, pool, cabanas, fitness center, movie room, game room and more! 20 minutes from downtown St Pete & the beaches & about 20-25 minutes from Tampa Airport.

I’m 31 years old with a 10 week old puppy (shih-poo). I work from home as a Project Manager so I’m home a lot in my office which isn’t in any of our common areas, so you won’t necessarily “see me” throughout the day. Yes, I spend most nights and weekends at home chilling and vibing with wine, out to brunch/dinner with friends or traveling. I’m very clean and minimalistic. Friendly and opened minded with others and best of all respectful. I don’t have parties but may have a girls night in with no more than 4/5 of my besties. Ideally I would love to become friends with my new roommate also 😊
