Fir Drive

The dimensions for the room are 11x12ft with a fairly large closet with mirrored doors along with overhead storage.

My roommate is moving out late February and unfortunately I do not have photos of the room without her stuff.

The best part about this apartment is the size of the backyard! It’s probably about 15-20ft wide and about 30ft long! Which is perfect if you have a pet. This is a dog friendly apartment! I do have a medium sized dog. She’s an Aussie/heeler mix who loves making friends with everyone!

A little about myself. I love adventures, camping, snowboarding, and cliff jumping. I am a pretty social guy and enjoy hosting movie and game nights with friends. I also love to cook so I usually make large meals at the house or bring home food from my restaurant.

I work mostly late nights because I have a restaurant with my brother so my hours are pretty much 5pm till about 12am and I am generally a night owl however I am very respectful about it if you’re more of a morning person.

I am no longer a part of 420 but I don’t mind it just be respectful and clean about it.

I am looking for more than a roommate as we’re going to be sharing a lot of space together for an extended amount of time I’d like it if we could form a friendship or bond and didn’t have awkward interactions and hallway passes.
