It’s a gorgeous house in a hilly neighborhood of Yorba Linda. Your room is upstair. It’s so tranquil here. You will rarely hear any sound except bird chirping. Bathrooms, living room, dining room, loft, kitchen, backyard, front yard, deck, swimming pool, fireplace, and firepit … are there for your use.

If you love walking around the neighborhood, you’ll like this place because there are many trails and green spaces around here. If you’d rather go to the gym, LA Fitness and Fitness 19 are 5 minutes away. But, if you enjoy the couch more, the TV in the living room with high ceiling will serve you well. What else? Karaoke, indoor/outdoor grill/, hot shower in the backyard and firepit … you got it.

Work from home? no problem. There are tables and chairs in the loft, as well as in the front and back yard for you to move around with your laptop.

We are young professionals who are quiet, no smoking, no party … We rarely cook or watch TV. It’s extremely quiet, peaceful and safe here.
