Elizabeth Brunke-Turner's room

Hi, I have a room available in my 3 bed 2 bath house (1500 sq ft). There is a fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. I have a washer and dryer in the house. Currently it’s me (23yo female) and my toddler living in the house. If you are not comfortable living with a small child in the house then this room will not be a good fit. I respect privacy and am pretty independent. I work from home so I will be in the house most of the time. The monthly cost includes everything (WiFi, electric, water, and trash). There is currently a twin mattress and desk in the room which can be yours, if not I will move it out.

**Sorry for the terrible pictures. They’re from when I first moved in/was renovating. I will have updated ones soon. The room available has new paint, new floors, new baseboards, and new curtains.

I’m very quiet and independent. I’m also very friendly and understanding. I have a two year old who is very sweet. I’m a single full time working mom. I’d be open to also housing another single mom and child. The spacing would probably only allow one other child to live here full time though (I only have one room available).
