The house is located in a great area and a quiet neighborhood. This is a long-term shared home situation so I will be very selective about who I accept as a roomate. Preference will be given to mid-30s individuals who are also mid-career and Poly/ENM/lifestyle individuals. I am not ok with children staying at the house. The living room hasnt been fully decorated yet, so if you have furnature it wont need to go into storage.

I am a mid-career professional in areospace living alone with a dog. I recently moved to this area from the north end and mostly keep to myself when im not at work, although I am extremely sociable and friendly.
