Looking for a quiet, drama free and dependable house mate, female preferred. Must be clean, friendly, and in good financial status- show proof of income. Soft credit check and background check. Private room with shared bathroom, private room does not come furnished. Lease includes month to month and 400$ refundable deposit with 60 day notice. Terms: 900$ a month plus utilities : wifi, water, gas, electric (about 40-90$ per person a month for reference). Fully upgraded/ renovated 1700 sq foot one story 4 bedroom 2 bath home located in south natomas. No pets. You would be sharing bathroom with 2 others, common spaces all fully furnished.

House includes: Washer dryer. Driveway/ street parking. AC/ heat. Wifi. Tv. Kitchen. Huge living room and dining room. Laundry room. Non smoking. Plenty of storage (personal pantry, kitchen, personal linen cabinet, garage). Ring doorbell and outdoor camera.

One small dog lives on property. Near 2 major highways and walking distance to parks, centrally located. 12 min from downtown and airport. 17 min from sac state.

House mates include two girls and one guy, all working and quiet professionals, we occasionally play music and have dinner gatherings once or twice a month but we don’t have any parties. All of the roommates were acquaintances/ friends prior to moving in. The guy is a full time student and works part time but usually is out of the house most of the day. The two girls work full time and are only home in the late afternoon. Everyone is in their late 20s as well.
