Looking looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible new roommate (girls only) to rent a private unfurnished room at our home in 95833 Perfect for a single individual. Currently, there are 2 other girls in the home. It’s 4 bed, two bathroom 1700sq foot home. Rent = $950 & split utilities (around 100$ per month)

• Move-in costs (Security Deposit = $900 and first month’s rent.)
• Month to Month lease agreement. -Requesting 6 month minimum commitment.
• Background check and income verification required

Terms: $950 a month plus utilities : wifi, water, gas, electric (about $75-$110per person a month for reference). Fully upgraded/ renovated 1700 sq foot one story 4 bedroom 2 bath home located in south natomas. No pets. You would be sharing bathroom with 1 other, common spaces all fully furnished.

House mates include two girls, both working and quiet professionals, we occasionally play music and have dinner gatherings once or twice a month but we don’t have any parties. All of the roommates were acquaintances/ friends prior to moving in. The two girls work full time and are only home in the late afternoon. Everyone is in their late 20s as well.
