Amalia's room

1 bedroom and 1 bath for rent in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment.800 for single 1000 for couple. We don’t really use the room or the bathroom aside from baths for our baby since our shower is tiny. We also currently have the litter box in that restroom but we’re working on getting one that’s hidden so we can put it in the living room, that way the restroom is freed up. The bedroom is about 11x14 with linoleum floors. We have a washer and dryer on our balcony and a garage that has my fiance’s car but there’s a little room if you have a box or 2 you need to keep in there. The current photos are from the website. I’ll take pictures after I clean our son’s stuff out.

We’re a family of 3 with 2 cats. Our son is only 6 months so he’s just learning to crawl. My fiance (26) and i (22) both work but have alternating schedules so one of us watches the baby. We are a mostly plant based house, would prefer someone with the same preference but no worries if not. We are at our max for pets (complex’s rules), sorry!! Open to anyone!
