Quiet and very clean private room in a big house with private entrance. Laundry on site. Carport parking is included. Garage parking can be arranged for an additional fee. Shared kitchen. The preference will be given to a single Grossmont, SDSU, or Cuyamaca College student. Rules: no regular guests, parties or loud music/sounds. Come and go 24/7, it won’t bother anyone. Zero tolerance for drugs, abuse and disrespectful behavior. Keep-to-yourself type of property where others respect your privacy and mind their own business as well. Proof of income, background check, and California ID are required.

We are mid-age traditional couple. My husband and I occupy master bedroom. Each of us runs own business and busy with work. Second bedroom is occupied by a male college student who is very quite, organized, clean, polite and well-mannered. third bedroom is for rent. Tenants are welcome to use front and back yard. Our house has an incredible view on Cowles Mt. House equipped with modern and reliable security system. My husband and I have two kittens. They are not allowed in any of the bedrooms and roam around TV and View Rooms (common areas).
