Hi! I am subletting my room in a 3 bedroom apt for this spring 2023 semester. I have a full bed and a large couch in the room. There is a desk as well but it can be moved upon request. It is a large attic room with an AC and closet. The apartment is small but cute with a deck, front porch, and large backyard. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and laundry in the basement. The apartment is a short walk to Church St and about a 10-minute walk to UVM campus. Looking for a 20-25-year-old female to sublet my room while I am away. Please TEXT or email if interested. My roommates are both UVM seniors, ages 21 and 22. They are super nice and fun but also pretty busy with school and internships. We like to keep the shared spaces pretty clean and everyone lends a helping hand for sweeping, unloading the dishwasher, etc. However, you won’t be scrutinized for a bit of untidiness.
