Will be available on 02/01/23 $500, $200 deposit. After that, $500 per month due by the 1st of each month.
Seeking to rent out a bedroom in a smaller(1,350 sq rt) older modest house in East Plano. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to DART light rail, downtown Plano, library, post office and park. I have 4 small dogs, so MUST like dogs. They do and will bark. I am unable to accept any pets at this time. Free Wi-Fi. Pulled the plug. So internet only. I currently have another room being rented out. Smoking allowed, but has to be outside. NO DRUGS and CRIMINAL background check is REQUIRED. Room is 100 Sq ft (10ft x 10ft)
Rent is $500 for single bedroom with a $200 deposit.
About the roomies
I am a disabled older male, I have a female roommate that is usually working.
I am easy going, but I have lived here so long, that there are some things I like to have a certain way.
