The room is available now. 12 Month lease minimum. The monthly rent is $800 with all utilities included (electric, water, gas, internet). A $800 security deposit required. You will be sharing a bathroom with another female. Rules:

I am looking for a roommate to share a townhome in Ashburn right off 267 toll road x Loudoun county parkway. Only one person is allowed to rent this space.

I am hoping to find a roommate who is considerate, respectful, very clean, who does not smoke or do drugs, drama free, and laid back. We will be splitting the cleaning of common area responsibilities on a weekly basis.
