Lexi's room

Partially furnished 1 bedroom (master bedroom, second floor of house) shared in 4 bedroom house. Looking for someone who is clean, and quiet. A couple would be fine but rent would be $300 more. Private half bathroom upstairs(right across from bedroom available) the full bathroom is shared. Kitchen is shared. We do have 4 cats and a dog, so must like pets. My fiancé and I are quiet and keep to ourselves, we are expecting a baby soon, so someone else who is quiet is necessary. But we want you to feel comfortable utilizing other parts of the house! It’s in a great, safe location of southwick, nearby grocery store, restaurants, and other stores. It’s a 6 month signed lease, If things are going well we will absolutely renew! The owner of the house is my fiancé Ryan, he’s 30 years old, and I’m Lexi, 23 years old. We’re expecting a baby within the month. We do have some fur babies. A black lab/beagle mix puppy named Aloy (Ay-Loy), 4 cats, J-Woww, Toby, Loki, and Thor, and a Guinea pig named Skunk. We’re both super chill and spend our free time mainly playing video games and watching scary movies. When it’s warmer weather we like to be outdoors. We keep to ourselves and we’re quiet but we’re always open to getting to know our new roomie and embrace a new friendship.
