Space is furnished with beds, couches, coffee tables, rugs and entertainment center.

Hi all, I own a house in Bettendorf right off of Devils Glen rd. Im looking to rent out my fully finished basement with plenty of space. 2 bed room, 1 bath and a shared laundry room. I work full time and run a business on the side so I’m gone most of the time. Basement will be all yours except for the laundry room that we will share. I can share the upstairs kitchen if you need a kitchen. Preferably looking for students just looking for a room to stay. It is a walkout basement with a fenced in yard. “I’m life friendly” is how I like to put it; I have no judgement against your color, denomination, sexual preference, nor gender. You’d be paying to stay here, so having guests over pretty much whenever’s definitely reasonable. Whenever I plan to have friends and/or family over myself, especially if it’s late, I will let you know ahead of time and be reasonably considerate of how it may effect your stress levels, so I’d really appreciate the same in return. At the end of the day, it’s my house, so please don’t bring anyone over whose ultimately gonna uproot the peace. I’m all about constructive communication, respect, recreation, mental stability, physical health, and peace of mind. Along with that, I myself am pretty down to Earth, professional and respectful. Outside of work, school and business I like to workout, hike, travel, movies, cook, sleep. I’m pretty cool, I feel like. To finally conclude, I look forward to meeting you!
