•I actually have 2 rooms available. They are kind of identical. •The rooms are pretty spacious with closets located on the top floor with a full bathroom directly across the rooms. •The rooms is currently empty but I have twin beds available in each room but 1 chest dresser if needed.
•The kitchen area is shared but NOT the main living room space. •Utilities are included (water, electric, internet). •This property is near a lot of grocery stores such as Walmart, Giant, Safeway, etc. Also surrounded by 20 plus restaurants. Property is 1 minute away from Bowie town Center. • It’s a 1 minute drive to the Metro’s park and ride station. There is a walking/bike trail in the back of the property.
