Sunny new 2 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms (the app won’t allow me to put in 1.5) with a shared shower and commons spaces. The bedroom is private and has a standard sized closet. The property has a pool, shared bbq, and coin operated laundry. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is hardwood. It has AC and heat. Off street parking is available or private gated parking is available for an additional $100 a month and I’ve estimated the utilities in the price of the rent (excluding parking).

I’m an organized, respectful, responsible, quiet professional looking for the same in a roommate. I have a friendly well behaved cat so you would have to be cat friendly. I’d like to find a suitable roommate before moving in and I have furnishings for the common spaces. I also have an at home desk so hopefully you’d be okay with that being in the dining room space. A background check and income verification is required for a one year lease.
