About the room
Single story, built in 2021. Centennial Park is down the street along with Walmart and all that area. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. As far as the room it has a closet and bathroom is down the hall. I am also a handy man and happy to help with anything.
My wife and daughter are home during the day during this summer. Also have one cat, his name is Boots he is friendly, shy and quiet. I am gone every other weekend or so, more or less.
About the roomies
2 other roommates right now in addition to my wife and 8y/o daughter. One is never home , the other works at night and is reserved. One uses the kitchen for minimal stuff the other does not use the kitchen. Shared bathroom is deep cleaned every month or so. Me and the one roomate work M-F, 6a-5p or so. The other works night shift, Sat-Wed, 6p-4am.
