The apartment is in progress of being furnished. We have a couch, tv, and bar stools at the island. We have a nice balcony with string lights. We have laundry units. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our kitchen has all dinnerware and appliances + a dishwasher. Our apartment complex has a big lounge with comfortable couches, a pool table, and shuffle board. There is a swimming pool. The apartment has parking, a gym, and a Business Center room for calls and studying. This is all at the price of $877 flat!

My name’s Khamkay (come-kai) and I am a 3rd year student at Adelphi, majoring in Management with a specialty in Human Resources, International Studies, and a minor in Spanish.

Harsh is a 28 year old entrepreneur. He graduated from Pace and has a business degree. He has his own business and works from home sometimes.

Tuya is a 22 year old student, majoring environmental science and biology.

My two roommates (Harsh and Tuya (too-yah) and I live at West 130 Apartments, and we’re looking for a 4th roommate. This 4th roommate would share a room with Harsh. There’s only two bedrooms, so of course, we split the rooms up with four people to make the living cheaper. You must be comfortable and clean with sharing the room. We are drink and smoke friendly, but ask that you smoke on our balcony. We would like someone clean, polite, and respectful. We treat each other like family and would make apartment-living fun!
