Hello, This is a room in an apartment that is on the ground floor. You’ll have your own bathroom and use of the whole apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment. I will have my own room with bathroom. And you will have your own room and your own bathroom. There’s a walk-in closet in your room for plenty of storage. We also have use of the pool, gym and basketball court. The apartment is in a great location, less than 5min walk to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Preferred age between 20-28. Bills included- electricity, water and internet. Couples are welcome but as there’s two of you the monthly rent will be $1200. Someone with a small dog is welcome but as you have a dog the rent will be $1100 plus there might be additional charge from management for a pet. Background checks must be done on every individual by the HOA and the cost paid to the HOA is $100 each. Please feel free to message me with any questions.

I’m 21, I just moved from the Uk where I was studying to be an actor. Should I end up with a female roommate please feel assured that I was raised by two mothers and have twin sisters so I had to learn to be a gentleman 😊. I work for Disney, my days off are Mondays and Tuesdays. I’m also continuing my studies as an actor as that’s my passion. I’m a very laid back easy going person.
