Clean room with new flooring size of a room is like a room and a half. Pretty big space. Month to month basis. Wi-fi, water, gas and electric included. $500 Deposit needed upon signing agreement or I can work on payment arrangements. Plenty of street parking in front of house. 7 minutes away from CSUB. Many stores, gyms and restraunts within 3 minutes. Window AC, portable heater, washer/dryer is shared and appliances. We are a busy entrepreneur couple. Very friendly and give respect.
