Calypso Terrace

This is a 4 bedroom house. We are looking to fill one of rooms since it will become vacant soon. Much of the place has been newly renovated, it has a spacious and furnished living room, clean bathrooms, garage, washer/dryer, backyard with some seating etc. Room in pictures has furniture but will be removed. Community bills such as water, electric, trash, wifi, etc. will be split among us 4. Move in date is still slightly variable but should be around early March. Stay length can also be discussed. We are 3 males in our mid 20s. Rather clean and organized, friendly, and relaxed. We all essentially work a 9-5 job so weekdays are consistent and quiet. Weekends are more active and social. We have a friendly cat living with us as well.
