Katherine's room

I live in the Arden Arcade area on a quiet street. Lots of parks, shopping and restaurants nearby. The American River is just a few minutes away by car. A community swimming pool is within a five minute walk. The private room, which is fully furnished, is located upstairs with a private bathroom downstairs. The room has a queen bed, a desk, full length mirror and a set of drawers. The room and most of the house has hardwood floors, there is a backyard for entertaining with a BBQ, and each year I grow vegetables in the garden. Beautiful neighborhood, good neighbors, and plenty of street parking. The room is currently receiving a fresh coat of white paint all around. I’ll update the photo as soon as it’s done.

I primarily work out of the house during the day. I have two dogs and a cat who are friendly and enjoy company. Seeking a friendly, tidy and independent housemate. A credit report and background check will be required along with a signed lease agreement.
