We have two separate rooms for rent. We are renting one room only to one individual (not two rooms for a couple) Safe, tranquil, peaceful, quiet environment. New paint, and new bed , extremely comfortable, queen bed, ceiling fan with light kit, custom wardrobe closed. Close to hiking and biking trails, quiet street. 3 miles to 15 freeway off Winchester. Dual pane windows, keeping the heat out and summertime and keeping it comfortable in the winter time, blackout shades for sleeping days. We are looking for one tenant only, no guests, overnights or pets.
There will be a background check for everyone’s safety. Must haves and dealbreakers… No felons ever No smokers of anything , especially tobacco, inside our house. Allergies. No pets Must work outside home during the day. Must be a clean person
Currently one excellent, clean, mindful, male tenant pilot , works out of the house during the day, is very quiet, and considerate. My husband and I have been renting rooms for several years now. We both work and we have it down to a science with whom we like to share our space with. This is how we keep it safe, quiet, peaceful, and tranquil environment for everyone. There is never a disturbance or disruption of anything negative in our household, because of the caliber of individuals we choose. There’s absolutely no drama and no smoke in our household. $100.00 utilities $850.00 room rental $950.00 room and utilities per month
