Edge Court

I live near downtown Greenville, which has a park behind my condo. My ideal roommate would work outside the house during the day and have the upstairs to themselves at night. The upstairs has an easy chair, 2 TVs, a desk, a bathroom, a closet, and a bed purchased a little over a year ago. A typical weekday for me is to work at home, go to the gym, and then go to my bedroom to watch TV or read. My weekends usually consist of one night out, then hiking or biking for the remainder of the weekend.

My ideal roommate would work outside the house and enjoy the upstairs open floor plan with an easy chair, 2TVs, desk, bathroom, bedroom, closet and bed purchased a year old.
