Lea's room

This property is located in the heart of Wesley Chapel conveniently located next to I75, shopping, events, and hospitals. The townhouse is a sunny end unit. Downstairs you will find the living area, kitchen, and dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked and features new stainless steel appliances. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, including yours. Your bedroom will comfortably fit a queen side bed with room for a desk or TV stand. The room features a large walk in closet and adjoined bathroom. While the ensuite bathroom has a door to the hallway, it will not be accessed by anyone other than yourself.

This property is occupied by a single mom, her son, and their two large dogs. The mom is a professional who works from her office most afternoons but occasionally works from home. The boy plays with friends in the afternoon, typically at their house. They frequently spend time together outside of the house. The dogs are let outside into the fenced yard frequently, and although they are large and full of energy, they are friendly. It will not be your responsibility to take care of them in any way, but if you would like to you are more than welcome to take them out to play. They are always crated overnight. The mom has rented the room to several tenants throughout her years as a homeowner and looks forward to her meeting her next roommate!
