Ranch house in the country but close to town. Private fenced back yard. Room is furnished with queen bed, large closet with shelf, dresser, TV and night stand. Internet and lots of ROKU channels. Bath with shower and tub across hall. Washer and dryer across hall. Furnished coffee bar. Use of everything kitchen. All bills included.

I live with two dogs so must be dog friendly. I work a lot and would love someone that could let the dogs out if they are home and I’m not. (not mandatory) I manage a retail store close to home. No smoking in the house but there is a covered patio in back of house with ashtray. Looking for a positive upbeat roommate!
