The downtown location of the home is amazing! Close to the cultural trail and plenty of restaurants and activities. 3 story home with private bedroom and full bath on its own floor (2nd). Furnished or unfurnished room are both options. It is currently furnished as a guest room. Main floor Living Room with Firestick Projector. Dining Room can seat up to 10. Fully furnished kitchen (dishes, Kuerig etc) with gas stove, dishwasher and double door fridge. Laundry room/treadmill room and additional 1/2 bath. Backyard is fenced with deck and small lawn, trellis with lights. (Utilities & Wifi included in rent).

I am in sales and work a typical 9-5 schedule at the office and do other projects as well. There is an office in the house that I will use for any work from home, so remote work can be done wherever is comfortable and will not interfere. Office can be used when I am not home. I have a Yorkshire Terrier, he is very mild mannered. He mostly works from home ;) I would consider possible small breed, non-shedding pets on a case by case basis. We have lived here for 2 years and on this street for 8 years. I love the neighborhood!
