Hello, my partner and I are currently looking for a female to fill a single room with a private bathroom in our house.
This is in Oceanside, CA 92057. This space is available Feb 1st. Rent is 1200 this includes utilities. The landlord does not allow pets. Security deposit is one months rent (if needed we can work with you and take this in payments)
If you need to be on the lease (not mandatory) there will be an application fee of $52 and you must have good credit and proof of stable income as this is the managing properties requirements.
This is for a minimum stay of 1 year. Please message me if interested.
About the roomies
The households age currently ranges 20-26 We mainly are at work and once we come home we cook and relax with some tv/games. We love having game nights! Looking for someone who respects the space and keeps common areas clean. There will be a child who visits the home 4 days a month.
