In search of a roommate (or 2) for a house in the heart if East Nashville

March 1 move in

Roommates are moving out so I’m looking to rent the top floor of the house as well as office space in the house I’m renting

Top floor studio is 1200 sq feet and has own private double bathroom, large walk-in closet, private entrance and HUGE storage room.

Office space is 200 square feet on main floor

THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT SPACE FOR A COUPLE OR INDIVIDUAL WHO WORKS FROM HOME

*$2,150/month + utilities (around $100/month)

(*If interested in top floor studio ONLY rent would be $1,750/month + utilities)

House is a 3 bed/2 bath located in desirable Lockeland Springs neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Urban Cowboy, Lockeland Table, Kroger and numerous other shops. 8 minute walk to 5 Points. Super safe neighborhood and extremely friendly neighbors

Shared spaces include laundry (upstairs), kitchen (main floor) with wine fridge, large pantry and updated appliances.

One year lease required beginning March 1

I am an outgoing 29 year-old female and I teach high school. I recently moved to Nashville from Michigan so I’d love to find a roommate/s that enjoy exploring around town and who are social as well! I do have a female cat and female shitzhu.
