Bedroom 9’8“x 9’11“ with personal bathroom across available. Bathroom has shower and tub.The layout has the master bedroom on the other side of the house, separate from the other two bedrooms ( one will be used as my office). Shared kitchen and living room. There is -AC / heating -Washer / Dryer -Yard -Driveway & street parking -Gas stove -Smoking permitted outside but no candles or incense indoors. -Utilities come to $100-200 depending on season & sewer (I’ll cover internet since I WFH).

Lease will be 3/6 months with possibility of extending.

There is a male orange tabby living here as well that is friendly.

I am 36 years old, female, POC, queer, professional that mostly works from home. As a roommate I enjoy to relax and reset after work on week days but enjoy roommate hang outs & going out with friends on weekends. Free time, I like to camp, hike, backpack, watch movies, & play video games.
