This is a big room in a 2-bedroom apartment house, with a rustic Spaniard colonial style. It is a spacious room with high ceilings, hardwood floors, 2 big windows, and a beautiful chimney.

You will have a bathroom almost to yourself, sharing it only with the visitors. The room is empty, but the apartment is fully furnished.

I am a busy professional working a 9 to 5 and artist whenever I can. I have a busy schedule Usually, I keep to myself and sometimes I work from home. but most of the time I spend all day away from home.

Ideally I am looking to rent to another guy, but I could do an exception. Basically someone for a short-term 3, 6 or 8 months, but it could become a year or a permanent thing. it’s up to you.

I am a busy professional working a normal 9 to 5, and I am an artist whenever I can. I have been divorced for about 5 years, still have a great relationship with her, and I have a son who comes almost every Sunday and stays in my room when he is there. I work out, eat healthily, and keep to myself. I have friends of all types, musicians, artists, professionals, peps in the film industry, business people, etc… So, in other words, I am open-minded, friendly, and layback. I go to camping and music festivals, and every now and then I go out and have fun, maybe a little more during this season/month of Mardi Gras. I am LGBT+ friendly. Also, I am 420-friendly (but one must be discrete at the apartment). I don’t smoke cigarettes, I don’t have pets! and that’s what comes to my mind right now.
