It’s a trailer home surrounded by good people and families. Spacious, with your own private room. Driveway for parking. I have 4 cats, so you’d need to be ok with that. Park and pool around the corner. Washer/Dryer inside the home.

The reason why the rent is so low is because I need someone to cook for me everyday, clean the house every so often, wash the dishes, just house stuff.

I’m looking for a female who’s decently mature and responsible. A kind person that can get along with kitty cats and brings home no drama. Along with the house stuff I mentioned.
