A beautiful 2 bedroom one bath with a giant attic space in Fredrick, MD. Huge yard. Own laundry room. Landlord is super nice. Utilities would include electric & internet which the landlord says split between two people ends up being pretty cheap. Seeking roommate for move in by Feb 1.

I am a queer artist with one sweet & clean cat. I am chemical free so seeking a roommate that is cool with using chemical free cleaning products. I am warm and mellow. Seeking the same energy. Unfortunately, the landlord doesn’t allow dogs but another cat would be great.
