Washer/dryer and use of kitchen , included in rent along with water garbage power. no first or last months required. No security deposit or cleaning fee. We do have house cats and dogs that visit inside. A vehicle is a must this is a couple miles north of Keizer and there’s no bus service near here.

3 other people live here. Man and wife and roommate in another room. Man and wife and current roommate all work outside the home and aren’t inside much at all.
