Country living on small farm. Room and bathroom across hallway. Washer/dryer and use of kitchen , included in rent along with water garbage power. no first or last months required. No security deposit or cleaning fee. We do have house cats and dogs that visit inside. Please no other pets. This is for one person. A vehicle is a must this is a couple miles north of Keizer and there’s no bus service near here. Thanks
