Isabela's room

I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in historic downtown San Marcos. It is a 10 minute walk to the university. You would have your own room and bathroom. I have the master bedroom. There is a fenced backyard, driveway, and off-street parking. The main living areas are already furnished the only thing I don’t have is a TV for the living room. I would prefer no pets but I can make exceptions. I have 2 cats that are indoor/outdoor, they are very friendly and love cuddles. The rent is $775 and there are additional utilities which are usually around $100 depending on the season. Earliest move-in would be the last week of February which will already be paid but ultimately, I need someone moved in by March 1st.

I am 25 years old and a Master’s student at Texas State. I am not currently working so I do some studying at the house but I am not picky about noise levels. I would prefer a woman who is either a professional or a full time student and does not work from home. I am very clean and considerate of roommates. We don’t have to be very close but I’d like us to be comfortable enough talking to each other and solving any issues that may arise. Thanks!
